THE TEAM
More than robots
Crabbots was designed in 2010 to inspire young innovators to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics This program is open to all students form 9th to 12th grade. The objective of this club is to apply engineering skills to design, build, program and operate a robot that will successfully compete in competitions. OUR HISTORY
What made us what we are today
Crabbots 3834 was first created back at Calhoun High School in 2010 - 2011. It was first started by students who wanted to push pass boundaries and come together to create something great. Throughout the years, we have had many successes and failures, that make us what we are today. This is our history.
In our first year, we placed 12th out of 55 and was able to make it to Quarterfinals.
In 2013, we placed 11 out 61 and and when to Quarterfinals for another year.
In 2014, we placed 9 out of 55 and made Quarterfinals.
Last season, we ranked 19 out of 48, and later became Alamo Regional Winners, as well as later competing in the World Championship Qualifiers.
